OUTSTANDING

I was a little concerned when I read the 14 day delivery date, however; the book arrived well before my class. It was in great condition without any stray marks. I based my order off of how the person had been peer reviewed and the amount of stars they had. Looks like is a good system thus far.

I didn't need this book. The professor had inadverently listed it along with its later edition and I purchased both, Is it possible to return this book? I'm kinda new to Amazon and was not sure how to return the item. Please reply at your earliest opportunity. thank you.

this is the best study book ever invested in. it's just a shame that it is out of print but thanks to Amazon I got one. very informative, and a great eye opener to Supply Chain management. Well written and easy to understand. I highly recommend it.
